Purchases & Payments
By ordering from Gauta, you agree to pay the listed prices (in ZAR) in full before your order is processed and shipped.
We reserve the right to update our product availability, pricing, and service at any time without prior notice.
Shipping & Liability
Delivery is handled by third-party couriers. Gauta is not liable for unexpected courier delays or packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Our total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you bought.
Claims & Returns
Any claims for lost or damaged goods must be emailed to orders@gauta.online within 48 hours of delivery (please include your order number and photos of any damage).
All website content, logos, and designs belong to Gauta and are protected under South African law.
