Thank you for shopping with Gauta! We want to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle processing, delivery, and rates within South Africa.

Delivery Areas and Rates

We currently ship exclusively within South Africa. Our shipping fees and free delivery thresholds are broken down by region:

Region

Gauteng: R140 flat rate: Free on orders over R1,499

All Other 8 Provinces: R180 flat rate: Free on orders over R2,499

Pre-arranged Drop-off: This option is stricly for orders cleared with us via DM/email prior to purchase.

Fulfillment & Delivery Timelines; Couriers; Damage

To give you the most accurate expectation, our timelines include both our internal processing time and the courier's transit time:

Gauteng Orders: Total time from order placement to your doorstep is 4 to 7 business days.
Other Provinces: Total time from order placement to your doorstep is 7 to 10 business days.

Couriers and Order Tracking

To ensure the best possible service, we partner with multiple trusted courier networks and select the one most convenient and reliable for your specific location.
While direct tracking links are not available, we keep you fully in the loop:
You will receive a notification as soon as your package has been shipped.
We will send you updates regarding your estimated delivery day and time window so you know when to expect your parcel.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your items, but we know mishaps can happen in transit. If your package arrives damaged, or if you suspect it has been lost by the courier, please contact us immediately: Email: orders@gauta.online
What to include: Your order number and (if applicable) photos of the damaged packaging/items.
Our team will investigate right away and work swiftly to resolve the issue for you.
